Where are you located?
Bishoujo Cards is located in the United States.

How are cards protected for shipping?
Each card is placed in a soft/penny sleeve. These sleeves are placed in a resealable team bag. Then:
Small orders: Team bag into bubble bag with cardboard on both sides, then into a purple polymailer.
Large orders: Team bag into bubble bag, wrap in tissue paper, then into a cardboard box.

How much is shipping?
Shipping is a flat rate of $5, no matter how much you order!

How fast do you ship?
All packages are shipped within 1-2 business days.

Why isn't my tracking updating?
Sometimes tracking is not scanned at every stop along the way. If tracking is delayed, please wait a day and check again. In general, USPS will scan packages at every major shipping depot, but they may skip scanning at smaller locations due to staffing issues.

My package is taking too long to get here!
Once the item is dropped off at the post office, we cannot influence how fast it travels. USPS shipping times are estimates only. Ground Advantage (aka first class mail) generally arrives within one week. Shipping times can be affected by weekends, holidays, mail volume, or understaffing. Please contact your local post office or visit USPS.com to register an official complaint regarding slow service.

→ We ship really fast. The post office, however, may be really slow. We do not offer refunds for USPS delays.

international shipping

Do you ship internationally?
The only international location we currently ship to is Canada. Please be aware that shipping prices start at $15 USD, which covers a package of up to 4 ounces (about 100 grams).

returns & refunds

My item arrived with damage!
Please contact us with photos of the damaged package and item.

Do you accept returns?
Yes! You have 7 days from the date of delivery to contact us about a return. Refunds will be issued within 3 days of receipt of the returned items. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded, and that the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
